Friday, January 11, 2002 CME is requesting that GLOBEX^� users cancel ALL existing GTC and GTD orders currently working at the Host. Any GTC or GTD orders that are remaining in the system will be cancelled by the GCC. Additionally, any TOPS / ORAPI / FIX 2.3 orders that are working at the GLOBEX OM (STOP or MIT orders) will also be cancelled.

This is necessary to conduct connectivity testing and synchronization on the GLOBEX^� system Saturday, January 11, 2002.

Our goal is to insure all users can connect and trade without issue Sunday night and Monday morning. On Sunday night, January 12, 2002, after 4:30 p.m. CT, GTC and GTD orders may be re-entered.
