| CAUSE: On Wednesday, June 19, 2002 at 8:45 AM CT, an AT&T router experienced a hardware failure that disrupted services to approximately 12 API customers for two minutes. RESPONSE: Emergency E-mails were sent and senior staff was notified. By 8:47 AM CT, most clients had fully re-connected; operational staff assisted any remaining sites which had difficulty re-establishing connections. GCC staff provided registered contacts with order status. RESOLUTION: During this evening�s 10:00 PM CT nightly maintenance shutdown, the faulty Router Card will be replaced. ALL API (FIX, FIX Express and iLink) customers must please logout no later than 10:05 PM CT and may re-connect at 10:45 PM CT.
