| PROBLEM: On Friday, June 14, 2002, at 9:08 AM CT, numerous message delivery processes became unstable and went to backup. As a result, some customers received erroneous duplicate messages on orders that had previously received proper �accept� and/or �filled� acknowledgements. IMMEDIATE RESPONSE: Emergency messages were placed. Senior staff was notified and operational staff began the process of restoring service to all users. Registered contacts were assisted with order status. RESOLUTION: Developmental specialists will investigate this event to determine the exact nature of its cause and will then make a recommendation to senior staff on a permanent solution. As in the case of any questionable messaging, it is important to immediately contact the GCC to have such orders statused.
