Multiple users have called into the GCC reporting intermittent Market Data and Order Entry delays over the last week. This has been investigated and found to be due to a network switch issue. As a temporary fix, affected customers will be redirected to their ISDN line for the remainder of the trading day. This will be coordinated with the GCC and each affected firm.

Tonight during the 10 � 11 PM CT shut down, the network team will correct this issue. All users are asked to log out of their systems by 10:05 PM CT. You will be able to log back into your systems at 10:45 PM CT. Any users that do not log out during this time may experience sequence number issues when the network returns. Staff will be on hand to assist with these customers.
