We believe the latencies of November 23^rd and those of today Friday, December 07, 2001, to be volume/capacity related. Balancing changes implemented last week and again this weekend are being made to eliminate the problem. More specifically, the move to new fixsom boxes and a new database along with rebalancing of our HIP boxes should further remedy issues of latency by improving memory capacity.
