In Special Executive Report S-3739, dated Friday, November 23, 2001, it was reported that pending requisite Exchange approvals and subject to the CFTC exchange certification procedure, CME would implement changes to the currency futures calendar spread trade-matching algorithm for GLOBEX trades effective Sunday, December 2, 2001. Please note that the CME Management Team met Tuesday, November 27, 2001, and decided that the proposed change to the currency futures calendar spread algorithm should be reviewed by the Board of Directors, which meets Wednesday, December 12, 2001. Therefore, implementation of the proposed algorithm change will NOT occur on Sunday, December 2, 2001, as originally reported. You will be notified in a CME Special Executive Report and/or CME Update article when a new implementation date is set.
