This weekend�s testing and implementation of the TOPS software release 15.3 was very successful. We thank all of the firms� personnel that gave up their Saturday morning to participate in this testing. During Sunday night trading, firms identified one item with the new release as a cause for concern.

Firms have requested that TOPS restore the practice of allowing cancel-replace on order type. Based on the high priority our customers have placed on reversing this change, TOPS will make this change today at approximately 3:30 p.m. CT. It will take approximately 3 minutes to implement this change, during which time we are asking users to logout of TOPS. This functionality will be available to users that login after the change has been implemented.
