| On Friday, February 16, 2001, CME was informed that the SPAN file (contains all valid instrument) for the NYBOT did not have a complete list of all valid instruments. The NYBOT is working to correct their file. At this time, we do not have an ETA on when the file will be restored. Users must check working orders in markets at the NYBOT to verify their validity. We have confirmed that the March Composite Index is affected. Users must phone these orders to the floor directly.
