| CAUSE: On 1/20/01, a TOPS upgrade was installed. An issue was subsequently discovered with ORAPI Or-Better orders. On 2/09/01 a change was implemented to accommodate the ORAPI users. This change converts the Qualifier indicator sent form ORAPI to a Type indicator. RESPONSE: On 2/12/01, one firm indicated that they were experiencing some issues, but that they had taken action on their side to eliminate the issues. On 2/13/01, other firms called in with issues. The operation staff escalated these issues to senior staff. Floor support staff relayed the possible issues (CUBS Or-Better orders printing at drop stations only, or working in CUBS and still printing to the drop printer as a live order) to all users. RESOLUTION: On 2/13/01 at 15:20, development staff will make changes to a routing maintenance job which will eliminate the possibility of orders going to two separate locations. Additionally, the operation staff will be contacting each firm to inquire how they would like their OB orders to be routed in conjunction with CUBS.
