On Saturday, January 6, 2001, the CME is making a modification to the GL software. This change will allow users to again trade spread instruments while utilizing Credit Controls.

Although we do not anticipate any negative impact to the user community, as a precaution we are asking that the Firm Administrators examine Selector and the Credit Account Tables prior to the start of the trading session Sunday, January 7, 2001.
