On Monday December 20th, the Kansas City Board of Trade Clearing Corp. will begin publishing SPAN files for the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange (WCE).  The Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC), which currently produces SPAN files for WCE, will stop doing so on the same date.  This change will be transparent to SPAN users as WCE files will continue to be in the same expanded-unpacked format and will continue to be available in the same location:   ftp.cme.com/pub/span/data/wce.

Effective immediately, test SPAN files for WCE produced by KCBOT Clearing are available at ftp.cme.com/pub/span/data/wce/test. These test files will be published daily until December 20th.
