NQLX SPAN FILES & PC-SPAN ORGANIZATION MASTER FILE

We have published an updated PC-SPAN Organization Master file
with data for Nasdaq Liffe Markets LLC (NQLX), which started
trading today.  The file is at:

ftp.cme.com/pub/span/util/orgmast.exe

It has some data changes reflecting the most up-to-date
definitions for NQLX, and has a timestamp on it of 16:30 on
November 8th on the FTP site.  When you run it to extract the
"orgmast.mst" file within, that file has a timestamp of 10:22. 
If you downloaded the previous version of the Organization Master
file, please replace it with the updated one.

As previously announced, NQLX SPAN files are available through
OCC, and in addition will be available on the CME FTP site at:
ftp.cme.com/pub/span/data/nqx

The NQLX files will be in the "expanded unpacked" format and will
be named using the updated naming convention for SPAN files.  A
sample file for November 4th is out there now.  The file is
named, nqlx.20021104.s.pa2, indicating that it is for NQLX, that
it is for business date November 4th 2002, that it is for the
final end of day settlement, and that it is in the expanded
unpacked format.  This file is contained inside an analogously
named zip file:  nqlx.20021104.s.pa2.zip.
