NOTICE

RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY

The Exchange has approved the application of Center Oil Company for a declaration of ethanol regularity at the Argo, IL facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 58,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 44 shipping certificates.

Center Oil Company has designated BNP Paribas as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Argo facility is 5171.

Approval is effective immediately.
