RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN REGULARITY

The Exchange has approved the application of Cargill, Inc. for an increase in storage capacity at its Burns Harbor, IN facility.

The approved increase is for an additional 2,294,000 bushels, which makes the firm’s new regular storage capacity 7,767,000 bushels. This will allow the firm to issue a total of 1,553 shipping certificates.

Approval is effective immediately.
