 RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN SOYBEAN OIL

The Exchange has approved the application of Louis Dreyfus Claypool Holdings LLC for a declaration of regularity in Soybean Oil at Claypool, IN.  The firm has been approved for a storage capacity of 30,000,000 pounds, which will allow for the issuance of up to 370 shipping certificates.

Louis Dreyfus Claypool Holdings LLC has designated Term Commodities as its clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 2610.

Approval is effective immediately.
