 RE: Application for Increase in Regularity for Corn, Oats, Soybeans & Wheat

 Pursuant to Regulation 703, notice hereby is given that Chicago & Illinois River Marketing, LLC has applied to the Exchange for an increase in regular storage capacity at its Chicago, IL facility. The requested increase is for 1,000,000 bushels, which would allow the firm to issue an additional 200 shipping certificates and/or warehouse receipts.

Chicago & Illinois River Marketing, LLC currently is approved for a storage capacity of 11,313,000 bushels at the Chicago facility. If this application is approved, the facility’s maximum number of shipping certificates and/or warehouse receipts that could be registered in Corn, Oats, Soybeans and Wheat would be 2,462.
