Application for increase in Corn,Soybean, and Wheat regularity

RE: Application for Increase in Regularity for Corn, Soybeans & Wheat

 

Pursuant to Regulation 703, notice hereby is given that Cargill , Inc. has applied to the Exchange for an increase in regular storage capacity at its Burn Harbor, IN facility. The requested increase is for 2,294,000 bushels, which would allow the firm to issue an additional 459 shipping certificates.

 

Cargill currently is approved for a storage capacity of 5,473,000 bushels at the Burns Harbor facility. If this application is approved, the facility’s maximum number of shipping certificates that could be registered in Corn, Soybeans and Wheat would be 1,553.
