 RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN SOYBEAN OIL

The Exchange has approved the application of Creston Bean Processing LLC for a declaration of regularity in Soybean Oil at Creston, IA.  The firm has been approved for a capacity of 13,420,132 pounds, which will allow for the issuance of up to 223 warehouse receipts.

Creston Bean Processing LLC has designated ADM Investor Services as its clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 2520.

Approval is effective immediately.
