RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY

The Exchange has approved the application of Gavilon, LLC (formerly Conagra Trade Group) for a declaration of ethanol regularity at the Argo, IL facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 290,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 164 shipping certificates.

Gavilon, LLC has designated New Edge as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Argo facility is 5170.

Approval is effective immediately.
