RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY

The Exchange has approved the application of Vitol, Inc. for a declaration of ethanol regularity at the Argo, IL facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 87,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 59 shipping certificates.

Vitol, Inc. has designated Citigroup as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Argo facility is 5169.

Approval is effective immediately.
