 RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY

The Exchange has approved the application of Kempler & Co., Inc. for a declaration of ethanol regularity at the Argo, IL facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 100,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 66 shipping certificates.

Kempler & Co., Inc. has designated BNP Paribas as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Argo facility is 5168 .

Approval is effective immediately.
