NOTICE

 RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN SOYBEAN OIL

The Exchange has approved the application of Incobrasa Industries, LTD for a declaration of regularity in Soybean Oil at Gilman, IL.  The firm has been approved for a storage capacity of 23,000,000 pounds, which will allow for the issuance of up to 383 shipping certificates.

Incobrasa Industries, LTD has designated Fortis Clearing Americas, LLC. as it’s clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 2260.

Approval is effective immediately.
