NOTICE

 RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN SOYBEAN MEAL

The Exchange has approved the application of Incobrasa Industries, LTD for a declaration of regularity in Soybean Meal at Gilman, IL.  The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 1,000 tons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 250 warehouse receipts.

Incobrasa Industries, LTD has designated Fortis Clearing Americas, LLC. as it’s clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 2260.

Approval is effective immediately.
