RE:       REGULARITY FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2008

Applications for declaration of regularity for the delivery of Corn, Soybeans, Soybean Oil, Soybean Meal, Wheat, Oats, and Rough Rice have been reviewed by the Exchange.

All applications were approved by the Exchange for the regularity period beginning July 1, 2008.
