RE:     APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN SOYBEAN OIL

The Exchange has approved the application of Zeeland Farm Services, Inc. for a declaration of regularity in Soybean Oil at Portage, IN.  The firm has been approved for a capacity of 21,000,000 pounds, which will allow for the issuance of up to 350 warehouse receipts.

Zeeland Farm Services, Inc. has designated FC Stone LLC as its clearing agent. The warehouse number for this facility is 2455.

Approval is effective immediately.
