The following over-the-counter Chicago Board of Trade Ethanol products are being introduced for clearing by CME Group today, October 15, 2007: 

•        Cash-Settled Options on Denatured Fuel Ethanol Forward Month Calendar Swaps;

•        Cash-settled Denatured Fuel Ethanol Options;

•        New York Harbor Denatured Fuel Ethanol Basis Swaps;

•        Gulf Coast Denatured Fuel Ethanol Basis Swaps;

•        Los Angeles Denatured Fuel Ethanol Basis Swaps. 

These Ethanol products will be transacted “off exchange” and will be cleared by the CME Group Clearing House. Clearing services will be available Sunday through Friday, 6:36 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Central Time for Cash-Settled Denatured Fuel Ethanol Options and 6:36 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time for the other products listed above.
