The Board of Directors of the Chicago Board of Trade has approved an Exchange transaction fee waiver for CBOT Denatured Fuel Ethanol options, which were listed for trading beginning October 5, 2007. 

Accordingly, Exchange transaction fees for CBOT Denatured Fuel Ethanol options for all fee levels are waived through March 31, 2008.
