Regulation 3413.01 for CBOT^® Soybean Board Crush Spread options states that the last day of trading for crush options shall be on the day identical to the earliest expiration of options corresponding to the Soybean, Soybean Meal and Soybean Oil legs of the Crush Spread Option. Thus, expiration occurs on the last Friday which precedes by at least two business days, the last business day of the month preceding that earliest expiring corresponding option month. The December Soybean Board Crush Spread Option is made up of November Soybeans, December Soybean Meal, and December Soybean Oil. Since November Soybeans represent the earliest expiring leg and November Soybean options expire in October, the December 2007 Soybean Board Crush Spread option will expire on October 26, 2007.
