The Exchange has approved the application of Cargill Inc. for a declaration of ethanol regularity at the firm’s Argo, IL facility. The facility has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 58,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 64 shipping certificates.

Cargill Inc. has designated JP Morgan Futures, Inc. as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Argo, IL facility is 5020.

Approval is effective immediately.
