The Exchange has extended, through December 31, 2007, waivers of the following CBOT® transaction fees for Metals contracts:

-       Level 1 through Level 4 transaction fees for full-sized and mini-sized Gold and Silver futures;

-       Transaction fees at all fee levels for Gold and Silver options.

These fee waivers previously were scheduled to expire on July 31, 2007.
