The CBOT® Board of Directors has extended, through December 31, 2007, the following programs which provide for temporary membership status with respect to specified CBOT® Metals contracts:

-        For holders of Series B-4 (IDEM)  Membership status, temporary membership privileges in 100 oz. Gold and 5,000 oz. Silver options; and

-        For holder of Series B-5 (COM) Membership status, temporary membership privileges with respect to covered option spreads (futures/options spreads executed as a single transaction) in 100 oz. Gold and 5,000 oz. Silver contracts.

These programs previously were scheduled to expire as of June 30, 2007.

Temporary Membership status under these programs will continue to be effective for both open auction and e-cbot® trading.
