The Board of Directors of the Chicago Board of Trade has extended the current  Exchange transaction fee waiver for CBOT *Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index^sm (DJUSRE) futures.

Accordingly, Exchange transaction fees for DJUSRE Index futures for all fee levels are waived through December 31, 2007.
