Pursuant to Regulation 3704.02, notice hereby is given that Crop Marketing Services, Inc. has applied to the Exchange to become regular for delivery in Rough Rice at the firm’s McGehee, AR facility.  The requested regular capacity is 367,650 hundredweights, which would allow for the issuance of up to 183 warehouse receipts.
