The Board of Directors has approved revisions to Regulation 252.01, which governs CBOT^® Control Agreements.  The revised regulation will continue to provide for Control Agreements with respect to CBOT memberships, but will no longer permit Control Agreements with respect to CBOT Holdings Inc. Class A common stock.

These revisions are effective immediately and are being implemented on a prospective basis.  The revisions will not affect previously existing Control Agreements.  Copies of the revised regulation are available from the Secretary’s Office.
