Due to the following action, the Dow Jones US Real Estate Index (DJUSRE^sm) will be calculated with a new divisor at the open of trade for trade date Monday, April 30, 2007.

Douglas Emmett Inc. (DEI) is to have a float adjustment and a share update following the expiration of its 180-day lock-up period.

As a result, the current divisor for the DJUSRE is: 1,154,086,326.
