The Exchange has approved a request from ConAgra, Inc. to withdraw the firm’s regularity status for the delivery of oats at the following facilities:

                                    Calumet Elevator, Minneapolis, MN
                                    Electric Steel Elevator, Minneapolis, MN
                                    Malt-One Elevator, Minneapolis, MN
                                    Shakopee Elevator, Minneapolis, MN

The withdrawal of regularity for these facilities is effective immediately.

There are no outstanding registered warehouse receipts from these facilities.
