As of the close of business December 29, 2006, the following clearing division changes will be implemented for Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Incorporated:

- 788 XM, Pax Division of Merrill Lynch will terminate; and

- 790 XM, Pax Division of Merrill Lynch will become effective.
