Effective immediately, 100 oz. Gold futures/options spreads and 5,000 oz. Silver futures/options spreads have been authorized for trading as single transactions in the CBOT® open auction market.

In this regard, the Exchange also has implemented the following on a temporary basis, through June 30, 2007:

-        Membership status for the B-4 (IDEM) and B-5 (COM) Membership categories with respect to trading the referenced futures/options spreads as a single transaction; This status will be effective both for open auction and for e-cbot® transactions. and

-        A waiver of exchange transaction fees at all fee levels for open auction transactions in the referenced futures/options spreads.
