The Exchange has approved the application of New Energy Corp. for a declaration of ethanol regularity at the firm’s South Bend, IN facility.  The approved daily rate of loading is 116,000 gallons, which would allow for the issuance of up to 125 shipping certificates.                                   

New Energy Corp. has designated Citigroup as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the South Bend facility is 5145.

Approval is effective immediately.
