The Exchange has approved the application of The Andersons Albion Ethanol LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at the firm’s Albion, MI facility.  The approved daily rate of loading is 60,000 gallons, which would allow for the issuance of up to 82 shipping certificates.

The Andersons Albion Ethanol LLC has designated ABN-AMRO as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Albion facility is 5150.

Approval is effective immediately.
