The Board of Directors has approved rule changes which establish a simplified membership application process for nominees on firm-owned memberships who will not trade on the Exchange Floor or exercise on the Chicago Board Options Exchange.

This “short form” application is available online at the Exchange’s website (www.cbot.com) and at the CBOT® Member Services Department, 141 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 1101, Chicago, Illinois 60604.
