The Exchange has approved the application of Consolidated Grain & Barge Co. for a declaration of soybean regularity at its Cahokia, IL through put facility. 

The approved capacity is for a daily rate of loading of 55,000 bushels which would allow the firm to issue 220 shipping certificates from this facility.  Consolidated Grain & Barge Co. has designated R.J. O’Brien as its clearing agent.  The warehouse number for this facility is 1711.

Approval is effective immediately.
