The Board of Directors has extended, through December 31, 2006, the waiver of Level 1 and Level 2 Exchange transaction fees for all CBOT Metals contracts that was established beginning March 1, 2006.  This fee waiver previously was scheduled to expire on June 30, 2006. 

Exchange transaction fee rates are specified in the Exchange Transaction Fee Schedule (cbot.com) and in Rulebook Appendix 2B.
