The Exchange has approved the application of Harvest Rice, Inc. for a declaration of Rough Rice regularity at its facility in Otwell, AR.  The approved regular capacity is 96,000 hundredweights, which would allow for the issuance of up to 48 warehouse receipts.

Harvest Rice, Inc. has designated Man Financial as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Otwell, AR facility is 8060.

Approval is effective immediately.
