The Exchange has approved the application of Lansing Ethanol Services, LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at its Argo, IL facility.  The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 58,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 44 shipping certificates.

Lansing Ethanol Services, LLC has designated ABN AMRO, Inc. as its clearing agent.   The warehouse code for the Argo, IL facility is 5120.

This application was submitted by Lansing Grain Company, LLC as a change in ownership of the firm’s regularity privileges at the Argo, IL location.  Therefore, the Exchange also has approved the request from Lansing Grain Company, LLC to withdraw its regularity at its Argo, IL facility.

Both of these approvals are effective immediately.
