The Exchange has received an initial application from Harvest Rice, Inc. to become regular for delivery in rough rice.  The firm has applied for a storage capacity of 96,000 hundred weights at its Otwell, AR facility.  If this application were approved the firm’s maximum number of receipts that could be issued would be 48 warehouse receipts.

CBOT Regulation 3704.02 states an application for rice regularity shall be effective either thirty days after a notice has been posted or the day after the application has been approved, whichever is later.  If you have any questions regarding this notice please contact John D.
