The Board of Directors has approved a waiver of Level 1 (member) and Level 2 (member/member firm proprietary trades made by a non-member) Exchange transaction fees for all CBOT Metals contracts, including the new 100 oz. Gold option contract, for the period March 1 through June 30, 2006.  Level 3 (non-member) fees for Metals contracts will remain unchanged.

Exchange transaction fee rates are specified in the Exchange Transaction Fee Schedule (cbot.com) and in Rulebook Appendix 4A.
