The Exchange has received a request from Midwest Grain Processors, LLC, for an increase in Ethanol regularity.  The following chart provides the facility, current daily rate of loading, current maximum allowable certificates, requested daily rate of loading and requested maximum allowable certificates:

Pursuant to Regulation 1691.01, increases in regularity shall be effective either 30 days after a notice of an application has been posted or the day after the application is approved by the Exchange, whichever is later.
