Binary Options on the Target Federal Funds Rate for expiration in January 2007 have been authorized for trading as of trade date Wednesday, August 9, 2006.

In accordance with CBOT Regulations 2005.01 and 2009.01, the last day of trading in these options will be Wednesday, January 31, 2007.
