The Chicago Board of Trade has been notified by General Mills Operations, Inc. that the bridge allowing railcars to be received/shipped from the firm’s Checkerboard Elevator B & Washburn Elevator T has been damaged.  The damage to the bridge will not allow any rail traffic to the facilities.

No new registrations at these locations will be allowed until repairs have been made to the bridge and the facilities have been re-inspected by the Registrar’s Office.  A notice will be issued once the facility has been re-inspected.

There are no outstanding receipts at either location.
